The activity list that writes your applications for you

Almost every scholarship form asks you to list activities, hours, and roles. Rebuilding that from memory each time is slow and produces inconsistent answers.

Build one master document with every activity, the years you did it, approximate hours per week, your role, and a one-line accomplishment. Include jobs, caregiving, and family responsibilities — many applications explicitly count them and students routinely leave them off.

Once it exists, most forms become copy-and-paste, and your answers stay consistent across applications, which matters if a committee ever cross-checks.
